Shipping policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Buyers must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in their original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value, as determined by Crystal Soulz LLC.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Important Note About Natural Crystals

All crystals and handmade items are one of a kind and may show natural variations in color, shape, and texture. These variations are not considered defects.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary based on carrier and location.

We currently ship within the United States.

Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
