Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.  

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging.  Due to the nature of crystals and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final on discounted or custom pieces.  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you.

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
